INSTALLATION/DELIVERY/QUALITY

Do you provide on-site installation services?

We provide very detailed installation instruction drawings and videos for each project.
For large projects, we will have both installation workers and supervisors on site. The cost of on-site service should be negotiated with the customer

What is your delivery time?

Normally, the delivery time is 7-10 days after receiving the deposit. For large orders, the delivery time should be negotiated.

How to control your product quality?

1. Design quality: Consider possible problems in advance and provide high-quality design solutions.
2. Raw material quality: Select qualified raw materials
3. Production quality: Precise manufacturing technology, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.

How to deal with quality issues?

The warranty period is 2 years. During the warranty period, will be responsible for all quality problems caused by our production.

Does your product have a defined lifespan? If so, how long?

Under normal climate and environment, the service life of container house steel frame is 20 years.

DESIGN/FACILITIES

What designs are there for different climates (how does the product adapt to different climates)?

Strong wind area: Improve the wind resistance of the internal structure.
Cold area: Increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation materials to improve the compressive resistance of the structure.
High corrosion area: Use corrosion-resistant materials, or paint anti-corrosion coating.

Facilities of different houses

1. All steel fabric parts and sizes of prefabricated houses can be made according to customer requirements. It can be used as dormitories, temporary hospital toilets, offices, storage rooms, etc. The materials of prefabricated houses are light and easy to install. Prefabricated houses can be installed in a short time.
3. Container houses can be used repeatedly and have a service life of more than 15-20 years.
4. We use high-quality galvanized sheets and foam as materials for walls and roofs. So prefabricated houses are suitable for
sealing, fireproofing, waterproofing, etc.
5. Prefabricated houses have low cost, durable structure, convenient relocation and environmental protection.
6. We provide supporting facilities such as washbasins, showers, air conditioners, sockets, etc.
